These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of crownsurfacesystems.com (the “Site”) and to text messages, emails and calls from US Windows, Aluminum and Pergola Systems LLC, doing business as Crown Surface Systems (“Crown Surface Systems”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
Our Site
The Site describes our floor coating services in Florida and Georgia. Photos, descriptions, visualizer previews, prices and timelines on the Site are for general information. Visualizer previews are illustrations, not photos of finished work; colors and textures vary, so please use physical samples to choose your finish.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt it, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission. Site content, logos and photos belong to us or our licensors.
Estimates and work
An estimate is not a contract. The scope, price, schedule, warranty and other terms of any project are set only by the written agreement you sign with us, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on the Site.
Text Messaging Terms
Program. Crown Surface Systems sends text messages about your estimate request, appointments and project (for example, replies to your inquiry, scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups). If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send offers and updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking a consent box on one of our website forms or ad forms, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also tell us by phone or email that you want to stop.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that help us send messages. See our Privacy Policy.
Your number. Only opt in with a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP first or tell us.
Age. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our messages. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty in a written agreement you sign with us, or any right you have under law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
